Yeah, it occurs with other browsers.  I accept used Chrome and MS Edge.

Yeah, this occurs with other users.

No. This is with all sites.

Through Sharepoint, Create Site, Advice Site

Unfortunately, I cannot record a video session of creating a new communication site.  Information technology was pretty much a simple and straightforward communication site...

Sharepoint ->"+Create site" -> "Communication site."

Please give me some suggestions based upon the information I have already given.
